Services

We sell the equipment, install it, and look after it once it is running. Here is what each part involves.

Solar equipment sales

Our shop at the Energy Centre on Market Street carries the parts we use on our own jobs. Electricians and other installers buy from us too.

  • Monocrystalline solar panels
  • Hybrid and off-grid inverters
  • Lithium iron phosphate batteries in wall and rack formats
  • Charge controllers, breakers, isolators and solar cable
  • Roof rails, clamps and ground frame parts
  • Solar water heaters and solar water pumps
  • Cables, sockets, switches, earthing and three-phase boards. See electrical supplies

Buying for a system you already have? Bring a photo of your inverter label and we will match the parts.

Installation and configuration

A good system depends on the work you cannot see once it is finished: the mounting, the cable runs, the earthing and the inverter settings. Our team does all of it.

  • Site visit to check your roof, wiring and daily power use
  • Roof mounting on iron sheet, tile and concrete roofs
  • Steel ground frames for compounds, farms and boreholes
  • DC and AC wiring, breakers and earthing
  • Inverter and battery settings matched to your loads
  • Automatic changeover between solar, grid and generator

Customer support and maintenance

Solar systems need little attention, but they do need some. Dusty panels produce less, loose terminals get hot, and settings sometimes need changing when you add appliances.

  • Panel cleaning and frame checks
  • Terminal, cable and breaker inspection
  • Battery and inverter health checks
  • Call-outs when the system trips or stops charging
  • Upgrades when you need more panels or more storage
  • Help with systems installed by someone else
